Virtual Meeting Room

The Library has a Zoom account for holding virtual meetings, hosting programs, and more! Need to host a virtual meeting? Library patrons are invited to submit an application for use of the Virtual Meeting Room.

Things to know:

This is an application only, Library staff will contact you to confirm availability within 7 business days.
Applications made within 48 business hours of requested meeting cannot be acommodated.
Please no phone calls to inquire about availability. We will contact you.
Library programs receive first priority.
User must be comfortable with Zoom.
Recurring events may request a max. of 3 dates, during the current 3 month window. Details on this process can be found in the Virtual Meeting Room Policy.
