Iowa Adventure Pass

We're excited to announce to our patrons that we are now participating in the Iowa Adventure Pass Program! 

The Iowa Adventure Pass is a partnership between participating Iowa libraries, museums, parks, and other attractions. 

Who can reserve a pass? 

  • City of Solon residents, and rural Johnson County residents with current Solon Public Library accounts.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

Things to Know:

  • Patrons may only check out one pass for each venue per 365 days.
  • You must present the printed pass and valid photo ID to be admitted to the venue.
  • Passes are available 24/7 through our website.
  • Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance.
  • Reservations may be cancelled through the library up to the day before their reservation.

Available Passes:

  • Des Moines Children's Museum Admits 4 children (Ages 1-10). There is no admission charge for those under 1 or over 10. This pass must be printed.
  • Science Center of Iowa Admits 2 adults and 2 children. This pass must be printed. 
  • Quad Cities Fun Bundle Admits 2 adults and 4 children. Includes: Quad City Botanical Center, Niabi Zoo, Putnam Museum & Science Center. This pass must be picked up at Solon Public Library.
